UL Compliance To Performance helps our life sciences clients drive results in compliance, quality and performance so they can enter new markets, stay in those markets and grow. Responsibilities:

We are looking for a PMP certified Senior Project Manager with broad experience managing large, complex, long term client facing projects. Projects this role will oversee span multiple phases including technology implementation of SaaS learning and talent management platforms and management consulting and are high-dollar value projects. This role is the "single point of contact" for the fulfillment of key client engagements and is a highly visible role working with nearly all disciplines across the entire enterprise, including outside clients, Strategic Advisory group, engineering, QA, service desk, infrastructure, learning services and finance to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years professional experience in professional services and/or consulting.
    • PMP certification plus at least 3-5 years of experience managing large, complex projects that incorporate professional services across both technology implementation (ideally SaaS learning and knowledge based systems) and management consulting.
    • Experience with project management, documentation, client relationship management, verbal communication, oral communication, negotiation and leading teams.
    • Previous experience in a validated training environment, particularly in the life sciences industry is a plus.
    • Knowledge of training processes and standards required by a company regulated by the FDA strongly preferred.
    • Experience in a professional services department working within a SaaS application
    • Experience working in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environment using waterfall methodology.
    • Experience managing projects within both a Kanban and matrix project management methodology.
    • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment in a dynamic situation - must have the ability to react quickly and think on your feet, be creative and understand what the client needs.
    • Strong ability to manage risks, issues and execute on strategic decisions.
    • High level of proficiency in defining and managing client expectations through verbal communication, oral communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience using the OpenAir project management application.
    • Ability and desire to travel up to 25%, including some international travel.
    • Bachelor's Degree required, a Master's degree is preferred.
