As the Assistant to the Dean in Student Services, you'll be the go-to support for a high-energy team that includes the Dean of Students, Athletics, Campus Safety, and Student Engagement. This is more than a desk job"”you'll be juggling calendars, managing budgets, organizing student conduct meetings, and providing confidential support for sensitive processes like Title IX investigations.

We're looking for someone who's detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and highly organized"”someone who communicates clearly, solves problems before they snowball, and navigates shifting priorities with confidence. If you enjoy making systems run better, coordinating multiple moving parts, and being a welcoming first point of contact for students, staff, and campus visitors, you'll feel right at home.

You should be confident using tools like Microsoft Office, feel comfortable learning new database systems, and be able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The ability to analyze data and diverse situations to define problems and draw conclusions"”while balancing confidentiality with excellent service"”will be key to success in this role. Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree or Applied Associate's degree or certification from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay range: $21.22 - $24.40

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: typical college hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
