
Associate Analyst III, Shareholder Reporting

The Role
Are you a professional who possesses strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to embrace and adapt to an ever-changing regulatory and operations environment? The Shareholder Reporting Analyst role will depend on analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of assigned documents and filings! Additionally, this role will be part of a working team to standardize and deliver a refined process, configure a workflow, support, and test applications, and explore alternative and innovative product solutions. Your ability to work within a team and under pressure to meet deadlines will be essential to success. It will also help to support the service line’s mission to achieve new efficiencies through process engineering and operational excellence.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of financial services experience with regulatory and/or financial reporting experience preferred
- General knowledge of investments, accounting, the mutual fund industry and regulations
- A self-starter who is assertive, independent and can work without close supervision on multiple concurrent projects
- Optimally collaborate across varying service lines and business partners
- Use strong analytical skills; The ability to understand sophisticated requirements and translate them into pragmatic application
- Apply computer and application skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Verbal and written communication

In Shareholder Reporting, we are on a mission to deliver "SMART, SIMPLE and SCALABLE" shareholder reporting solutions while growing our talent. Our team is part of the Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO) organization. In fact, we are the largest service line within FFIO and are responsible for producing and distributing financial statements, prospectuses, and other fund and legal documents to our customers and filing them with the SEC. Doing this in the smartest and most effective way is more important than ever as we are in the midst of implementing Fidelity’s new and alternative investment products, new and changing regulations, and a brand-new technology platform that will transform the way we work.
