
Associate Analyst, Settlement Support - Transfer of Assets (TOA)
Job Description:
The Role
The Associate Analyst is part of the International Settlements team which is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of foreign Equity, Fixed Income and foreign currency transactions across 53 foreign markets.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Experience in customer service a plus, financial service experience also a plus, but not required.
Brokerage operations or settlements experience desired
Transfer of Assets (TOA) experience desired
College degree recommended, but not required.
Detail oriented with exceptional quality and productivity
Team player with capability to help maintain a positive work environment
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and processes
Strong verbal and written interaction skills

Effectively handling written and telephone inquiries from internal Fidelity business partners, Correspondent firms and other Financial Services.
Ensuring the timely and accurate settlement of trade and transfer obligations in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

The Team
The International Settlements team works with many groups across all of Fidelity’s operations, including our own team in Dublin, as well as various types of customers (Institutions and private clients) as well as other broker dealers and foreign banks around the world. We work to reduce the risk associated with failed trades, to resolve out of balances with our custodian and complete transfer of asset transactions on behalf of our customers.
