The Role:
You will be part of a team leading our next-generation transfer agent operations. In your capacity, you will help foster productive customer interactions and help solve our customers’ business challenges while pairing with our new technology and our passion for excellent customer service.
As a transfer agent associate, you will be part of a cross-functional team helping to map out existing operational processes, articulate customer pain points, identify best practices and together, imagine new ways to manage registered securities.
Responsibilities include
Review and process customer transactions and account inquiries
Comply with all policies and procedures related to all aspects of TA Operations
Ensure quality standards are enforced, met and compliant with regulatory mandates
Ensure all key daily duties are performed timely and accurately
Demonstrate a collaborative mindset aligned with process improvement, efficiencies and risk mitigation
Cross train as needed
Other duties as assigned by management

Position requirements
College Degree required and/or 0-3 years experience in Financial Service Operations
Proficiency with Microsoft office Word, Excel and other basic knowledge of other products within suite
Effective written, verbal and listening skills
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
