  • Work with Clients and Agents to interpret testing requirements.
  • Draft and maintain client specific documents (e.g. QAPs, SOPs, protocols, etc...).
  • Download and adjust the GCM / Client Protocol to align specific test requirements with the submitted product. Include all related documents in infinity drag and drop.
  • Add pricing into infinity lab charge while setting up the tests. Include any price related documents in infinity drag and drop.
  • Liaise with UL global account teams to support clients testing needs.
  • Manage samples in-house to ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with the internal departments & lab on any technical questions or issues.
  • Review test reports and ensured alignment with the appropriate client specified formats. Forward these when applicable, based on program requirements, to the Account Executives for review.
  • Update the Weekly Client Reports for key clients such as Scholastic, Hoffmaster, etc.
  • Prepare and email quotes/order acknowledgements to clients within 24 hours.
  • Logout finalized test reports after all testing and internal reviews are completed.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.


University Degree (equivalent to bachelor's degree) in Science or a related discipline. Military service in a technical field, or five years of directly related experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Familiarity with government agencies and regulations as they apply, such as: the FDA, EPA, USDA, USP etc. Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff and clients. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions.Working Knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Access, Outlook and other company software programs.
