Job Summary
The College of Health Sciences is currently seeking a College Financial Analyst to serve as a purchasing expert. This position will report directly to the Business Officer and will have regular interaction with faculty and staff.
Primary responsibilities will include purchasing of supplies, making travel arrangements and processing reimbursements. Managing financial processes that includes procard edits, PRD check processing and SRM shopping carts, and ensuring all aspects are compliant with University guidelines. The Financial Analyst will reconcile cost center charges by preparing spreadsheets based on information from various accounting systems (ex. Tableau, SAP, Concur).
In addition to being detail-oriented, the successful candidate will exhibit strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and have proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word; ability to prioritize; and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Education/Experience
Associate’s degree plus five or more years previous training with campus software applications (SAP, BW, HANA, FES or other such software) within a university context preferred.
