JOB SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Development Support Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the high-volume within Outlook email inboxes and other applications. The Development Support Coordinator will be responsible for confirming receipt of inbound emails, documenting inbound requests into monitoring system, triaging and determining proper escalation to appropriate team members, and tracking of outstanding deliverables.

Job Description & Responsibility

  • Work as primary for monitoring high-volume shared inboxes and internally used systems for incoming requests or issues
  • Documenting inbound requests into monitoring system; check completed work for accuracy and respond appropriately to requestor with confirmation of receipt or requesting additional information as required
  • Assist with the organization and prioritization of operational projects
  • Track responses needed and deliverables
  • Pre-emptive communication with internal staff and external clients regarding the status of requests that have been submitted but remain without determination or current process issue
  • Completing lower-level support requests
  • Maintain and update documentation for internal processes
  • Additional responsibilities as requested by management that would correlate with the growth of the company

Skills Required 

  • Able to manage multiple emails and track deliverables
  • Ability to adapt and work in an open, fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong people skills – friendly, approachable, and works well with a variety of personalities
  • Works independently but also a team player
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Strict adherence to HIPAA/HITECH compliance and confidentiality
  • Superb organizational and time management skills; seeks out issues to resolve to increase departmental productivity
  • Able to manage multiple emails and track deliverables
  • Shows initiative and responsibility in taking the necessary steps towards problem resolution

Education/Experience 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Highly Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and professionally via email
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
