About the role:
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's CRM system, which encompasses everything from dealer administration through creating reports and metrics required by management to measure and drive the business. The specialist will also lead small projects with vendors and dealers to enhance functionality, resolve issues and upgrade the system.
What you will do:
- CRM Management – Overall responsibility for keeping the CRM system updated, including accounts, contacts, permissions, users, dashboards, promotions and goals.
- Workflow Management - Create/maintain/troubleshoot system workflows.
- Onsite technical admin for internal and external users
- Business system integrations - Oversight of system integrations including MLA's ERP system BPCS, dealer portal (LiftNet 2.0), support center (Lift Central), and business to business integrations with dealers.
- Create and distribute business intelligence to MLA Management Team. Gather requirements from management and executives for reports from CRM and IBM Cognos while ensuring data quality and accuracy.
When & Where:
- Hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote).
- Works in an office environment.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience working with CRM systems as an admin/super user.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience running reports and creating dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels in the organization.
What would be nice to have:
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist qualification
- Understanding of company budgeting.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting in PowerBI.

The pay for this position ranges from $60,372 to $85,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
