Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performance culture
- Developing and implementing customer service standards, policies, and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews
- Handling escalated customer complaints or issues, working closely with the team to find satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborating with other departments, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the customer service team
- Analyzing customer data, trends, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing the customer experience
- Implementing and utilizing customer service software and CRM systems to optimize service delivery and maintain accurate customer records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of related experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience supervising employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Genuine commitment to providing superior Customer Service.
- Basic accounting skills.
