Position Summary:
This position will play a central role in shaping the future of the Immunology Franchise. The main focus of this role will be to drive Commercialization Strategy and Resource Endorsement (CSRE) readiness for SOTYKTU SLe, SOTYKTU SjD, and Admilparant IPF, as well as overall Immunology brand planning, market engagement, and operational excellence. Additionally, the position will provide strategic and project management support for CV Early Assets and BD. This position will report to the Executive Director of Strat and Ops for CV and Immunology.
With the opportunity to drive three Immunology Franchise CSREs and support CV Early Assets and BD, this individual will be able to make an important contribution to the future of BMS and gain valuable experience along the way.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Global Immunology:
- Coordinate CSRE readiness for SOTYKTU SLe and SjD and Admilparant IPF (April 2026) both from project management and strategic advising
- CSRE readiness includes translating interdependencies across workstreams, assessing timelines and risks, and identifying solutions to drive progress.
- Significant cross-functional engagement and management required across markets, HQ and Senior Leadership
- Coordinate market engagements for SOTYKTU and Admilparant across core markets and playing a leading role in planning and executing Interchanges/Launch Meetings.
- Support VP of Immunology with leading and enhancing brand planning, strategic review and governance processes, and budget planning and tracking
- Facilitate collaboration across Commercial, Medical, GMax and Finance and other key functions
- Ensure operational discipline across teams (SOTYKTU, Admilparant, Early Assets) by tracking progress against key priorities, milestones (eg QBR reviews, quarterly earnings, LTFP)
- Global CV:
- Strategic support and project management for MYK-224, early assets, and BD priorities, including tracking and communicating progress against key milestones
- Management of governance meetings with significant cross-functional engagement required across key markets, advisory forums, and senior leadership
- Support ED Early Assets/BD CV and partner with finance to oversee budget planning, projection optimization for overall CV global budget
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- BA/BS with MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 6-8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or other relevant industry.
- Ability to think strategically and lead large-scale initiatives
- Ability to deliver operational excellence across budget, strategic brand plan, governance meetings, and quarterly reviews with senior leadership
- Ability to lead a large cross-functional matrix team of stakeholders through informal authority and collaborative partnership
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast moving and increasing complex environment
