Position Summary:

This position will play a central role in bringing milvexian to market. In the US, this individual will lead the GTM strategic deliverable across three indications and develop key elements of the overall Commercial Model. In the Global business, the focus will be on driving toward important commercial readiness milestones, including CSRE and LTCP, and ensuring smooth and timely transition of global to local market deliverables. This position will report to the Executive Director of Strat and Ops for CV and Immunology.

With the opportunity to bring milvexian to market across the US and Global businesses, this individual will be able to make an important contribution to the future of BMS and gain valuable launch experience along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • US Launch Planning
    • Lead US GTM strategic deliverable (PLCP) for milvexian for ACS, AF and SSP indications – translating interdependencies across the matrix and Alliance, actively assessing timelines and potential risks to drive progress towards final deliverable
    • Support US Commercial Model deliverable – design, sizing and structure of all field teams for launch, including alignment with J&J on shared responsibilities
    • Develop and track roadmap to launch, including launch playbook and dashboard and coordinate tracking across the matrix and within the Alliance
    • Build out US ways of working across the Alliance, inclusive of Commercial roles & responsibilities for launch, MLR , CRM/ Data sharing, File sharing, SOPs, etc
    • Stand-up omni-channel capabilities and ways of working across the Alliance (website, modular content creation, etc), in alignment with New Commercial Model
  • WW Launch Planning
    • Coordinate CSRE readiness for milvexian for ACS, AF and SSP indications both from project management and strategic advising
    • Actively support in developing a roadmap, milestones, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely transition of global to local market deliverables
    • Coordinate market engagements for milvexian across core markets and play a leading role in planning and executing interchanges/Launch meetings
    • Project management and strategic advisor for Long Term Commercialization Plan (LTCP) Readiness. Coordinate with alliance matrix teams in conjunction to governance requirements, capturing and translating interdependencies to track timeliness and potential risks towards final deliverable
  • US and Global Operational Excellence
    • Support VPs of milvexian with leading and coordinating key governance meetings (JWWBT, USWG, Brand Working Group) and driving budget oversight across CV

Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BS with MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical or other relevant industry.
  • Depth of marketing experience in US or other markets with a track record of performance
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to lead a large cross-functional matrix team including Alliance partners through informal authority and collaborative partnership
  • Launch experience and CV experience preferred but not required
