Directors, Business Development
American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Business Development to understand business strategies and objectives to address challenges and opportunities faced by merchant services, marketing, and finance teams. Guide segmentation, planning and forecasting of performance for key metrics. Drive financial metric-oriented analytics and strategy recommendations. Work alongside marketing teams to drive key marketing campaigns, leveraging data driven analytics, insights, and recommendations. Inform marketing campaign strategies by driving business strategies and executing partnerships with clients and internal teams.
Position requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, or a related field and 2 years of experience analyzing customer behavior analytics to drive marketing campaigns and business strategies for internal and external stakeholders. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: Leveraging data to identify actionable insights used to drive satisfaction of merchants; Using analytics to inform merchant service strategies; Liaising with senior stakeholders internally and externally regarding analytics driven initiatives to craft targeted marketing campaigns; Collaborating with marketing, finance, and business teams to influence decisions, and identify specific merchants to target for business development campaigns; Forecasting key performance metrics; and MS Power BI, PySpark, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
Job Location: New York, NY
Salary Range: $155,418.00 to $165,000.00 annually
