The Document Specialist verifies, prints and tracks all documentation in each financial transaction.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities? 

  • Verify automobile insurance policies 
  • Verify loan payoff balances 
  • Print all documentation for deliveries 
  • Verify all guest signatures 
  • Copy all non-prime documents  
  • Break each transaction down for lenders and complete the final checklist prior to sending the transaction to the Accounting office 
  • Enter customer vehicle deposit receipts 
  • Other duties as assigned 

What are the requirements for this job?

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Ability to operate personal computers including Microsoft Excel and Word
