The candidate(s) chosen for this position will become a valued team member of one of several cross-functional, multi-divisional teams which are responsible for developing and executing Clinical Supply Chain strategies for BMS.

This role will be responsible for supporting Business Process Management and process improvement initiatives along with digitization projects for Process and Digital Excellence (PDE): Clinical Supply Chain (CSC). Driving transformation of CSC into a future-facing, digitally advanced and effective function that delivers life changing medicines to Bristol Myers Squibb patients in the most efficient manner possible.

Clinical Supply Chain is a function of the Global Product Development & Supply (GPS) group that serves BMS’s global business units for clinical supplies by enhancing the customer experience through delivery of the right product at the right time in the most efficient and effective way. Strategic solutions aimed at optimizing our end-to-end Supply Chain and which align to where our stakeholders and customers are evolving, are critical in ensuring the highest levels of service in what is a rapidly changing environment.

Program dates: July 7 – December 12, 2025. Location: Summit, NJ. 40 hrs/week in a 50% hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Business Process Mapping initiative, including creation of process maps, documentation of opportunities, status updates and reporting.
  • Support the implementation of new maps for Global Clinical Supply Chain, including change management and communications.
  • Work closely with different Global Clinical Supply Chain functions, and supporting functions such as IT, Business Information & Analytics to deploy specified projects to the business.
  • Maintain/develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaborations.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset to assist in automation and simplification of repetitive and burdensome business tasks.
  • Support the end-to-end mapping of CSC systems, data flows, processes, and people.
  • Data analysis & verification across multiple systems, supporting standardization and governance.

Professional Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in the last 6 months in a relevant discipline such as business, life sciences/clinical/pharmaceutical, supply chain, data/computer science or information systems. Minimum GPA 3.0.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire. Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Project Management and/or problem-solving experience preferable.
  • Proficient in all MS Office Tools and databases.
