Position Summary:

We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. In this role you will collaborate with functional leaders to help develop the Annual Operating Plan, deliver monthly reporting, and provide actionable insights. You will lead financial planning for operating expenses, examine performance trends, identify variances, and offer recommendations that drive strategic initiatives. You’ll help lead the implementation of a new EPM system and oversee reporting tools and processes. This position reports to the Director of FP&A.

Our hybrid work model is designed to provide the best of both worlds—flexibility and collaboration. Enjoy 3 remote/flex days per week while spending 2 days in our Bethlehem, PA office, fostering teamwork and connection.

To support our associates, we offer reimbursement for one hotel stay per week for employees living 50+ miles from our Bethlehem, PA office, making it easier to balance work and life with less commute time.

How You’ll Impact Results:

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

· Assist with the preparation of company-wide financial plans and quarterly forecasts

· Partner with corporate functional leaders to align key financial targets and assumptions

2. Reporting & Analysis

· Support consolidation reporting for monthly financial reporting packages

· Analyze variances vs. plan/forecast and provide business-driven insights and recommendations

· Translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for leadership

3. Systems & Tools

· Drive the implementation and integration of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system

· Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and tools to support business decisions

· Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems and reporting platforms

4. Leadership & Collaboration

· Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to understand performance drivers

· Participate in cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA a plus)

· 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or commercial finance required

· CPG (consumer packaged goods) or food industry experience preferred

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail

· Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actional insights

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally to drive financial success

· Self-starter with a collaborative and proactive mindset

· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Knowledge of EPM tools (OneStream, Bizview a plus)

· Experience with ERP and BI systems (SAP, Incorta preferred)
