Asset Management Technology (AMT) is looking for a tenured full-stack Software Engineer to drive technical solutions for the Innovation squad. This outstanding squad focuses on identifying business problems that require innovative solutions, in close collaboration with business partners, while using different, new and upcoming technologies to tackle those problems.We are looking for a technical leader with a strong and well-rounded engineering background and a passion for learning and implementing new technologies and solutions. The leader is expected to be the voice of the technology team and represent the squad in terms of designs and solutions along with the Squad lead. Mentoring the team and motivating them to come up with innovative solutions will be a core aspect of this role. The role will also involve guiding the team as we go through the roadmap, making sure that we are following engineering standards and developing in scalable and reusable ways
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8+ Years of full stack development experience with architecting, crafting, developing, and maintaining multi-tier applications.
- 2+ Years of proven Technical Leadership Experience
- Solid understanding of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Working experience with Python, SQL/PLSQL, and Kafka
- Working experience with AWS services, EC2, EKS, CICD Pipelines
- Experience with client-side tech stack: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Angular and NGRX is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML will be of added advantage
- Experience serving as a strong hands-on technical team member producing clean, unit-tested code.

- You have the ability to lead and mentor a team with compassion
- Highly curious and motivated quick learner; has shown ability to implement new/emerging trends and technologies with passion.
- You will lead application design efforts, participate in design reviews, and code reviews.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
