What The Role Is

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our dynamic HR team.  This role offers an opportunity to contribute to essential HR technical and business-related functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the broader HR strategy. You will partner closely with our HR Technology manager to deliver Clearway’s vision of harmonizing our HR tools and accelerating great people decisions through data. 

 The ideal candidate will be familiar with HR technology and systems (including SAP-Success Factors), as well as being eager to learn, highly organized, comfortable working with people leaders, and passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience for our Clearway employees. This role will be a hybrid role based out of San Diego, CA, Scottsdale, AZ or Houston, TX. 

What You'll Be Doing

HR Administration: 

  • Manage the HR shared mailboxes to respond to employee internal inquiries and external requests providing timely support and resolution of all requests 
  • Provide front-line interpretation and guidance around policies and procedures in response to internal and external parties, and exercise strong judgement to escalate decisions as needed 
  • Support state compliance, in partnership with Supervisor and HR Business Partners, by researching, implementing, and maintaining state-specific forms and documentation for all states in which the business operates 
  • Assist termination process with creation of notification letters, separation agreements, and other highly sensitive legal documents with a high degree of accuracy 

HR Information Systems 

  • Assist with and support administration of HR Technology systems, including SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central, SF Talent & Performance, and SF Recruiting and Onboarding.   
  • HR transactional activities in the HRIS for employee data changes in a timely manner 
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers and provide guidance on navigating the HRIS as we lean into increasing employee/manager self service 

HR Analytics: 

  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports to respond to data and audit requests from the business as needed 
  • Assist with data collection and provide insights into key HR metrics, trends, and workforce analytics. 
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations for HR strategies and policies. 
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports and compliance documentation as required. 

HR Projects 

  • Provide support for HR initiatives, such as performance management cycles, engagement surveys, and DEI metrics 
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to align HR programs and initiatives with the overall HR and business strategies. 

Cross Functional  

  • Work across HR teams (Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Talent Management) to provide support for other initiatives as needed, such as training and onboarding processes 
  • Build relationships across HR team to assist on other project as assigned 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field 
  • 2+ years in a Human Resources support role 
  • Proficiency working in an HRIS, preferably SAP-SuccessFactors  
  • Familiarity and comfort using data visualization tools. 
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. 
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) 
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a high standard of data integrity 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities 
  • Ability to work independently and exercise judgement on decision-making and escalation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive and personal information 
  • Ability to partner across organizations and ensuring activities are processed timely and accurately 
  • Knowledge of basic HR standards and policy, as well as internal SOX regulations preferred

What Would Be Nice

  • SQL and advanced analytics modeling  
  • Experience in HR analytics, program management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Power BI Experience or other dashboard creation
  • Familiarity with employee survey administration and analysis

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations$56,000—$70,000 USD
