Human Resources (HR) and Performance Analyst
Position Summary
The HR and Performance Analyst is responsible for maintaining and analyzing HR and performance data to ensure the workforce aligns with the organization’s goals. They partner with the HR and center leadership teams to analyze Human Resources and employee data, refine performance and development processes, and provide actionable insights to drive success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The key functions of the HR and Performance Analyst include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain performance management systems to evaluate employee performance effectively.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management and department leaders to set clear performance criteria and measurement standards.
- Analyze HR and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide data-driven insights to HR leadership for informed decision-making.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of HRIS to perform regular reporting management related to Human Resources and Performance data.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, performance management trends, data analytic and technology advancements.
- In partnership with HR analyst teammates, administer performance review cycles and support managers in conducting reviews.
- Advise managers on feedback best practices and performance conversations.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance processes across the organization.
- Generate and analyze HR and performance reports for leadership.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance assessments.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Partner with HR leadership to prepare and load data into engagement software, assess candidate and employee engagement survey data, and provide actionable insight for improvement.
- Complete recurring and annual audits related to Dayforce data, benefits, and other areas of HR
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-6 years of HR experience, with 2-5 years in performance management or HR analytics.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR practices, data analytics, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in HR software and performance management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly.
- Proactive problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
- Experience handling complex issues and sensitive/confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Salary range
- $68,532 - $123,358 per year
