In this pivotal position, you will provide end-to-end oversight, strategic guidance, program management, governance, and risk management of cross-cutting, high-priority workstreams. Responsibilities
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes
- Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization
- Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues
- Directs complex Agile release train planning, synchronization, and delivery across products and portfolios
- Oversees data and platform migrations between legacy and next-gen systems with minimal business disruption
- Facilitates the design and integration of robust continuous improvement/development (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-scale test automation and rapid release cycles
- Leads large-scale Agile teams through full software development lifecycles from inception to deprecation
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience managing activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
- Experience with IT Program Management or large enterprise projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ten or more years of experience in a Technical, Engineering and/or Business - related Project Management role, leading successful implementation of projects against scope, timeline, and budget.
- Professional training and certifications consistent with Project Management, including one or more of the following: Six Sigma, ITIL, PMP, Agile and/or Scrum certification.
- Experience with Deployment Readiness, IT Operational Readiness, Organization Change Management
- Experience managing System Integration work to integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf product with Enterprise applications and systems.
- Experience managing suppliers, service contracts, project metrics, and contracts to meet project objectives.
- Experience in developing product and portfolio roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving long-term success.
- Strong soft-skills and demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams to achieve best performance
Additional Information
- This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Salary range
- $165,800 - $248,800
