Job Title –Manager - Customer Experience Insights and Analytics

The Purpose of This Role


The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team, within the Fidelity Wealth Business unit, plays a crucial role in providing data-driven analytics to various product areas. Your responsibilities will involve providing data and insights that contribute to strategy and execution. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.

This is an Individual contributor role in Customer Experience (CX) Insights and Analytics team within CKSI.

The Value You Deliver

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.

  • Create and manage Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data insights and support business decision-making.

  • Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Assist in the design and implementation of data models and schemas.

  • Document processes for future reference.

  • Setup governance and access control as needed for various data and platforms.

  • Develop standards to feed data into Fidelity databases enabling democratization and organization wide quick learning and insights. Collaborate developing data pipes through to Snowflake.

  • Build relationship with Data Steward team that will result with enhanced processes
    and efficiency

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral

  • Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance.

  • Strong knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.

  • Experience with data engineering, and data validation techniques. Analytics
    experience will be preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Technological nuance – understanding and appreciation of technology, data, systems and platforms and their interconnections.

  • Systems thinking: Holistic outlook in building end to end systems in a complex organization.

  • Self-starter who will take initiative on solving problems.

The Expertise we are looking for

  • 4-7 years of experience in analytics in areas such as customer analytics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Engineering, Statistics

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Consistent behavioural skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused.
