Aspire Health Alliance, a renowned institution founded in 1926, is part of a national initiative to transform behavioral health care. Recently designated a Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC), we are at the forefront of a new model of care delivery. Redesigning behavioral health care which is founded on the goals of timely access to client centered, comprehensive behavioral health care services. 

We are seeking an experienced LICSW for our Outpatient Clinic to provide clinical supervision to our master’s level clinicians and utilize comprehensive and integrated client-centered care using evidence-based practices.    

Under the guidance of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor will set a positive tone/morale for the team; will model Aspire’s mission and professional culture; and will provide clinical supervision to master’s level clinicians per regulation and licensing requirements. The role will assure all clinical documentation meets the organization’s standard of care; monitors risk; ensures quality of care and compliance are adhered to; and promotes evidence-based practices.  In collaboration with the Program Director and Training Department will have input in design and development of clinical training to help foster growth and professional development of clinical staff.

Required Skills

  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new computer applications 
  • Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills 

Required Experience

  • Master’s degree in social work and LICSW required 
  • Previous supervisory/teaching experience preferred 
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record preferred 
  • Minimum two years post graduate experience required, and five years strongly preferred 
  • Experience with child populations preferred, but those with other experience are encouraged to apply
