Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is $31.35.

Essential Functions:

· Responsible for the completion of all maintenance requests assigned

· Maintain equipment and systems for maximum productivity levels

· Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services

· Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors

· Support personal and plant safety by carrying out assigned safety work orders and identifying potential hazards

· Identify any equipment issues and bring to supervisors attention

· Identify potential equipment or capital improvements

· Support the plant environmental goals through PM’s and inspections

· Assist with the preventative maintenance schedule and assign work

· Responsible for general housekeeping of maintenance shop area and parts storage area

· Be available to provide project assistance with design, quotes, contractor directions and maintenance support

· Contribute input in the development of maintenance budgets and control spending to the plan

· Awareness of tracking and improving on key asset care and reliability metrics

Safety Responsibilities:

· Obey all plant safety rules and regulations

· Complete all required safety training and pro-metrics

· Report all unsafe conditions

· Wear all P.P.E. in areas where required

· Supports and promotes safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements
