Our Alternative Investments Managers are responsible for an end-to-end operations business that supports over $50B in customer assets. The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Financial services/brokerage industry preferred
- 1+ years of people management experience is preferred
- Alternative Investments experience is a major plus!
- Series 7 or 99 license (or within 90 days of hire)
- You know how to adapt and be flexible when the business changes
- Ability to recognize connections across multiple levels of the business
- Ability to grow and deepen industry relationships as well as with internal and external clients/customers thus playing a meaningful role in their overall experience
- Seeing opportunities that will drive the business towards an outstanding digital experience
- Implementing standards for optimized performance delivery, aligned with industry best practices
- Partnering with Technology resources to ensure product rollouts will deliver maximum benefit to Fidelity
- Carefully managing, supervising and reporting results along with assessing and mitigating risk

The Team
The Alternative Investments team is responsible for an end-to-end operations business that supports over $50B in customer assets. Our Alternative Investments business is a complicated and nuanced product space with manual, industry wide processes in place to support transactional activity. If you can navigate these processes, introduce automation where applicable and you can ensure the ultimate client experience for our clients. We strive for you to provide leadership regarding subscription and redemption transaction processing.
The base salary range for this position is $63,000-$100,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
