How will you make an impact in this role?

The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) strives to provide a great colleague experience every day. The successful candidate will be accountable for executing on our vision of delivering a great colleague experience; growing the best talent; and developing new ways of working to unlock enterprise value. The Manager, CSP will support leaders and their teams on talent, performance, and change efforts that will enable their groups to reach their strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships and understand the business across senior leader teams in an effort to create/deliver high impact solutions to business challenges
  • Leverage data insights to co-create new and improved processes, tools, and strategies alongside business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and change efforts
  • Set and hold a high bar for performance and enable leaders to manage their talent against these standards
  • Coach and develop senior leadership, infusing inclusive leadership best practices that ensure a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operate
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on compensation, partnering with Compensation COE where applicable
  • Support business partners through the year-end performance management and talent assessment processes
  • Proactively establish partnerships with the Technology Workforce & Talent Excellence team, CEG Centers of Excellence (COEs), and International Colleague Strategic Partners to enable consistent solutioning in alignment with the CEG strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  •       Minimum of 5+ years of HR and/or organizational consulting experience.   
  • Relationship Management: Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority, challenge the status quo, confront difficult issues and demonstrate a high degree of comfort with ambiguity. 
  • High level of integrity required for handling critical and confidential information.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to manage change, think conceptually and strategically, and flex between a big picture view and detailed execution.
  • Data and Insights: Demonstrated ability to leverage large data sets to identify trends, drive actionable insights, make decisions, and create solutions.
  • Project Management: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to manage multiple concurring, complex initiatives, projects, and tasks, while prioritizing accordingly.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and challenge Business Unit objectives, key priorities, and strategies while considering enterprise and industry factors.
  • A global mindset and experience working with different countries and cultures.
  • Knowledge of some CEG disciplines, including Colleague Labor Relations, talent management, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development.
  • Self-starter who acts proactively with strong sense of ownership and urgency while balancing the need to be a great team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an HR Business Partner role is preferred.
  • Experience working directly with senior leaders preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
