SUMMARY
The Manager, Formulary Management will meet the pharmacy operations and formulary management needs of USRC for prescription-based supplies and medications. This role will assist in all formulary and pharmacy management processes to support the field and corporate leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Partnership with internal teams to continually improve the formulary management process within the Med & Supply Management module to aid in testing and evaluation of system and tools.
- Provide outreach to field team members to rectify both pharmacy and Med & Supply Management issues.
- Assist with designing and updating all non-formulary request forms for activated items and training/education resources for formulary management and pharmacy provider changes.
- Works across pharmacy provider and USRC business streams to participate in multi-disciplinary teams. Work cross-channel to promote the goals and importance of formulary management and, develop content and assess needs.
