The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. About the Team

The Integration Strategy & Project Management team is a new team within the Global Dining organization tasked with strategically integrating acquired assets and talent.  This team has overall accountability for the end-to-end project management and deliverables tied to these acquisitions, as well as continuously evolving the integration function through best practices & lessons learned.   The team works in partnership with senior stakeholders, cross-enterprise partners and the broader Resy leadership team that oversees marketing, technology, product, customer experience and culture.

About the Role

The Manager, Integration Planning & Project Management will be responsible for project management of integration planning efforts, bringing together Resy and newly acquired dining platforms/organizations.  The successful candidate will be partnering with internal and external partners to organize and manage key workstreams and integration planning efforts. This role will be a key point of connectivity across and within workstreams focused on product strategy, go-to-market efforts, cultural transformation & communications, risk & controls, and vendor agreements. They will also contribute to developing workstream deliverables as needed.  

This role will report into the Director, Integration Planning & Project Management, providing broader thought leadership and support as needed. 

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee acquisition integration governance processes by collaborating with internal and external partners to collect and action on feedback and requirements 

·         Serve as PMO across key cross functional initiatives that will enable Global Dining to grow and improve operations and integration activities across acquisitions 

·         Pro-actively anticipate project risks and issues and ensure that appropriate mitigation planning is in place to avoid negative outcomes  

·         Contribute to continual process improvement or re-engineering activities to increase agility and speed to market 

Qualifications:

·         Problem-solver and self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency in an often ambiguous environment 

·         Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering results on complex, large-scale, cross-functional initiatives 

·         Relationship-builder with collaborative skills to partner with a diverse set of colleagues 

·         Outstanding written communication skills (e.g. emails, slide writing), and oral communications skills (e.g., personal presence, executive presence, facilitate decision making) with composure required to effectively communicate to senior leaders 

·         4 - 5+ years of work experience 

·         Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary range
