新卒TAS(Therapeutic Area Specialist) 導入研修および
TAS on-boarding研修などCross-functional projectをマネジメントします。
また、NCM implementationのKeyとなるNew Learning platformの導入および定着を主導し、Learningテクノロジー/データ分析においても主たる役割を担います。
2026年より制度改訂が予定されているMR認定証管理の業務においては社内外のステークホルダーとの協働を通じて新運用体制を構築します。

主な業務内容
新卒TAS導入研修
- プロジェクト全体リード(1Q: 準備、2-3Q: 実行、4Q:フォローアップ)
- タスクのプランニングおよび進捗管理
- ステークホルダーとの協業(NSD/People Organization/Commercialization Excellence/その他の関連部署)
- 外部ベンダーとの協業
TAS on-boarding:キャリア(正社員・CSO)/復職/異動者研修
- On-boardingプログラムの運用(スケジューリング/実施サポート)
- ステークホルダーとの協業(Sales/People Organization /Sales Force Excellence/その他の関連部署)
Learning platform導入・定着
- MyLearning (AI搭載New Learning platform)の導入(NCM Learning リードと共にGlobal teamと協働)
- New Learning platform活用の推進・定着
Learningテクノロジー/データ分析
- Learning関連テクノロジーサポート(例:Q-TESTの運用)
- CLJ主催のFieldTrainingサポート
- TAS/FLMのフィールド活動データの分析(外部ベンダーとの協業)
MR認定証関連業務
- MR認定センターへの申請・報告
- 2026年度MR認定制度改訂に向けた準備・実行
必要な経験・能力/スキル
- ヘルスケア領域の営業・メディカル・医療従事者等として経験5年以上(医薬品またはバイオテクノロジーでの経験があると尚可)
- 優れたコミュニケーションスキル・交渉スキル・対人スキルなど、部門横断プロジェクトを成功させるための計画・管理能力
- ステークホルダーとの効果的な協働やゴールの共有など、マトリックスチームと効果的に連携してビジネス目標を達成する能力
- 状況分析を通じて現在および将来の課題・リスクを特定して対処するための戦略的な思考
- 状況に応じてアプローチを変えながら適切なリーダーシップを発揮する能力

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
