Salary Range: $102,183.00 (Min.) - $132,838.00 (Mid.) - $163,492.00 (Max.)

Job Summary
The Managing Advisor, Enterprise Compliance is responsible for managing and overseeing the development and review of organizational policies and procedures. This role includes overseeing the policy and procedure module and administering the full governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system. The Managing Advisor ensures that all employees complete required compliance training annually, during onboarding, and coordinates training for the Board of Governors. Additional responsibilities include managing the exclusion monitoring process and supervising the ethics hotline and civil rights mailbox, which handle ethical concerns and compliance violations. The manager supports the reporting of compliance functions to the Chief Compliance Officer, Internal Compliance Committee, and the Board of Governors. Furthermore, they conduct research and recommend strategic compliance initiatives to enhance organizational compliance efforts.
This position plans and manages department's goals and activities to ensure the overall success. Manages all aspects of running an efficient team, including hiring, supervising, coaching, training, disciplining, and motivating direct reports.
Duties
Policy and Procedure Management:
Plans and implements systems and procedures to maximize operating efficiency and achieve strategic priorities.
Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures across the organization.
Manage the policy and procedure module within the enterprise's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) system.
Administer the full GRC system to ensure effective compliance management.
Plans, manages, and executes various program strategies to improve the department's growth that is aligned with the organizational goals.
Compliance Training:
Oversee the review and update of all required compliance training.
Ensure all employees complete required compliance training on an annual basis and during new hire onboarding.
Coordinate compliance training sessions for the Board of Governors.
Exclusion Monitoring:
Manage the exclusion monitoring process to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Reporting for exclusion monitoring results.
Ethics Hotline and Civil Rights Mailbox:
Supervise the ethics hotline and civil rights mailbox to handle anonymous submissions related to ethical concerns, compliance violations, and other issues.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on all reported issues.
Compliance Reporting:
Support the preparation and reporting of Enterprise compliance activities to the Chief Compliance Officer, Internal Compliance Committee, and the Board of Governors.
Provide accurate and timely reports related to compliance functions and activities.

Strategic Initiatives:
Plans and implements systems and procedures to maximize operating efficiency and achieve strategic priorities.
Conduct research, plan, and make recommendations for strategic initiatives aimed at improving the organization’s compliance program and overall governance.
Team Leadership and Development:
Manage staff, including, but not limited to monitoring of day-to-day activities of staff, monitoring of staff performance, mentoring, training, and cross-training of staff, handling of questions or issues, etc. raised by staff, encourage staff to provide recommendations for relevant process and systems enhancements, among others.
Responsible for managing the daily operations of a technical and specialized function.
Provides guidance to senior management on how to implement change programs within the department that comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Manages complex projects, engaging and updating key stakeholders, developing timelines, leads others to complete deliverables on time and ensures implementation upon approval.

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in Related FieldIn lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.Education Preferred
Experience
Required:
At least 5 years of health care or related experience designing, implementing and/or monitoring requirements, policies, and practices, and/or managed health plan/managed care operations.
At least 3 years of supervising and/or managing staff experience.
Preferred:
At least 3+ years of leading staff.
