We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor who thrives in adapting to the pulse of a three-shift operation. In this dynamic position, you'll lead a team dedicated to excellence, driving the manufacturing process with precision and passion. This will be a floating supervisor role and will require a versatile individual capable of adapting to different teams and workflows, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. Your ability to navigate the complexities of a multi-shift schedule will drive our success and set the standard for manufacturing excellence.

Keyresponsibilitiesofthispositionare:
· Lead and motivate a team to achieve excellence in manufacturing processes, ensuring precision and passion in all operations.
· Uphold the highest standards of safety and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
· Supervise a diverse team of associates, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
· Cultivate a proactive safety culture, implementing strategies to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all team members.
· Foster a positive work atmosphere that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
· Strategically direct and execute initiatives aimed at meeting and exceeding objectives in safety, quality, efficiency, cost management, budget adherence, and waste reduction.
· Take accountability for the professional development of associates, identifying opportunities for training and advancement.
· Lead effective problem-solving activities, utilizing root cause analysis to develop and implement measurable and accountable action plans.
· Promote a strong food safety culture meeting and/or exceeding regulatory requirements and Just Born quality standards utilizing continuous improvement methodologies in the assigned area of responsibility. Assumes responsibility for inspection, identification, follow-up, and correction of all sanitation issues in assigned area.
· Embraces and promotes Just Born leadership behaviors. Shapes open and inclusive environments, sharing knowledge, coaching, and mentoring. Sets and achieves appropriate goals for self and others. Provides feedback on performance and uses established processes to assist direct reports in performing in accordance with Just Born expectations. Qualificationsforthispositionare:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
· Proven ability to solve problems effectively and make decisions that enhance productivity and quality.
· Strong communication skills, capable of clearly conveying information and instructions to team members.
· Excellent time management abilities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
· Skilled in resolving conflicts and fostering a harmonious work environment.
· An active listener who values the input and feedback of others.
· Highly adaptable, able to adjust strategies and methods in response to changing conditions.
· Decisive decision-making skills, with the ability to weigh options and take appropriate action.
