The Natural Gas Ops Coordinator is responsible for purchasing, executing, and uploading all Natural Gas retail deals while maintaining the integrity and balance of the revenue, retail cost, and supply systems. Proficiency at basic enrollments tasks and able to learn related systems and programs will make you successful in this role. - Focus on Account/Market operations – including account tracking, drops, enrollments, adjustments, etc. for all customers
- Use of the Natural Gas Pricing tool, EDI, and various utility systems
- Verify the accuracy of submitted data through various reports & contractual documents
- Perform enrollment tasks including, but not limited to: usage requests, coordination of deadlines and utility communications
- Change, move, update accounts on deals while understanding the overall picture and the effects on other groups
- Clear, concise and timely communication with appropriate parties
- Entering, uploading and adjusting the TCQ, Base & Heat data points
- Maintaining Enrollments upload files; understand how files work
- Share information as appropriate on accounts; using Smartsheet to relay required information
- Basic deal execution functions, deal set up and structure
- Ability to enter basic Natural Gas deals, such as triggers and monthly deals
- Verify deal parameters, such as risk and contract issues prior to purchase
- Meet and complete tasks as required by established compliance controls
- Coordinate between other departments to diagnose and repair problems
- Respond to inquiries from multiple groups regarding deal costs, structure, set up
- Work with IT regarding process changes, system implementations, facilitating daily and monthly adjustments; new system testing
- Training/special projects/rotational responsibilities/new tasks as required
- Ability to explain basic pricing logic and knowledge of specific, varied, utility requirements for deal purchase/enrollment/drop and effect on Sprague
- Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:
- Associates degree and/or 0-3+ years related work experience
- Analytical skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment; adherence to deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to relate to customers/outside contacts and fellow employees
- Ability to operate basic office equipment
