LMI is seeking a skilled Mid to Senior-level EW System Modeler & Analyst at our office in Colorado Springs, CO providing direct customer support in the Space EW realm. Successful LMI Operations Analysts demonstrate competency in critical thinking, relationship management, space domain understanding, model-based system engineering, and data analysis while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities
Our team specializes in crafting Digital Engineering analytical pipelines with a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) data model front end.
Our operations analysts specialize in employing MBSE data models to represent war fighting information in all domains and at all levels (subsystems, platforms, capabilities, and missions).
In this role you will:
Support the Space Security and Defense Program (SSDP) Electromagnetic Warfare Division (EWD) as a Space Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Modeler & Analyst.
Provide RF systems analysis and create applicable models, to include jamming technologies and communications platforms.
Provide systems engineering expertise to assess system concepts and architectures, using real-world data to integrate Joint Force EW models.
Create model-based systems engineering products for use in wargaming exercises; serve as the EWD liaison to the SSDP Wargaming Division.
Execute simulations to inform customer decisions and provide recommendations for future Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Force Designs.
Work directly with scientists, engineers, analysts, software developers, and a range of customers to provide systems engineering, modeling, simulation, and analysis products.
Work with a team of space domain experts, astrophysicists, aerospace engineers, UX design experts, and other talented software engineers to create the next generation of software tools for space warfighters and operational analysts.
Integrate processes and workflows with internal and external partners to synchronize efforts and optimize outputs.
Serve as primary customer interface and engage with Product Owners to coordinate User Stories and deliver results.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5 or more years of professional experience, or Master’s degree in a STEM field with 3 or more years of professional experience.
Basic knowledge of at least one of the following: SATCOM, Radar, Antennas/Apertures, RF signals, RF link budgets, PNT, or ISR.
Familiar with current electromagnetic warfare policy and doctrine.
Experience in analytical methodologies and data analytics.
Model development with Cameo Systems Modeler, Python, or Matlab.
Growth mindset and willingness to continually learn and apply new technologies.
Active TS/SCI clearance
