Job Description:
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality.
This role will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps. It’s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.
You will collaborate across WI and Wealth business and technology teams applying your expertise in Agile and a passion for learning and working to define and integrate Planning &Wealth investment capabilities.
The Team
This brand-new team will be instrumental in building deep subject matter expertise in the area of Managed Accounts, helping to drive the expansion of shared capabilities and the ultimate rollout of a unified managed accounts offering.
Bring your passion for leading work across organizational lines while playing a critical role in the Fidelity enterprise PW Advice program and establishing the PW Profiling team within the Personalized Planning & Advice for Workplace (PPA W) product area.
The Expertise You Have
- 6+ years relevant experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, uses case development, story writing, set-up / configuration of systems, user acceptance testing and product documentation
- Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business process to identify user needs, document requirements, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
- Proven capacity to lead clarification and ‘translation’ of less-technical documentation and/or requirements into highly technical subject-matter
- Leadership ability to train key partners and other constituencies in new solutions - architecture and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree encouraged, MBA or MS preferred.
- Superb communication skills – written, verbal and presentation artifacts.
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Prior work in an Agile environment
- Solid grasp of Fidelity’s unique landscape with experience in multiple product offerings, preferred

- Confer with team and business partners to resolve problem and type of data to be processed for assigned project or work stream within a larger project.
- Capture information related to customer experiences, products, and/or services and perform analysis and reporting to detect and disclose relevant patterns
- Identify root causes and validate business problems in terms of business and systems requirements
- Quantify the scope and impact of the opportunity that will add new value for the organization and help lead prioritization according to business value or critical metrics
- Build and implement test scenarios and settings to evaluate solution efficiency and identify the right metrics and approach to measure business value
