Key Responsibilities:

Product Management Workshops & Communities of Practice:

  • Create and facilitate product management workshops to support the application and adoption of the model.
  • Establish and support newly formed Product Management Communities of Practice (CoP).

Project Management:

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and roadmap for the overall Product Management Capability Model.
  • Provide status updates to key partners and leadership.
  • Support ongoing change management efforts to foster adoption of capability model across business units.
  • Support creation and management of backlog to track progress of work items.
  • Create and manage release plans aligned with business unit needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in product management, including the creation, development, and launch of products or product-related content.
  • Ability to translate complex product management concepts into engaging and educational content for a broad audience.
  • Knowledge and experience managing and/or supporting a variety of products including B2B products, B2C products, and internal associate facing products and platforms.
  • Strong background in developing, managing, and/or delivering training programs, particularly for enterprise audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, product experts, and business leaders.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects and teams using agile frameworks (i.e. Scrum).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with collaboration and product/project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).

The Team

The Agile Delivery People Practices (ADPP) team delivers evolved talent practices to enable associate and organizational success in partnership with HR Leadership, ensuring Fidelity is positioned to optimize the significant investment in our technology delivery operating model and ways of working. The Product Management Capability Model is one of three focus areas in this effort. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and lead the creation of impactful product management content that will empower and align product leaders and teams across the enterprise.
