Job Summary
The Program Coordinator will serve as part of the University of Kentucky Bluegrass Care Clinic (BCC) multidisciplinary team to identify and remove barriers to care for individuals participating in grant programming at the BCC.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for determining patient eligibility for various programs within the BCC. Responsibilities include, registering patients for such programs, ensuring patients understand the programs and their responsibilities, as well as their insurance/program coverage plan(s).
Program Coordinator must be willing to become a certified Kynector and is responsible for enrolling eligible patients into various insurance and financial assistance programs, advocating for assistance and billing issue resolutions, and ensuring that databases/computer systems are up to date with accurate and timely coverage information.
The Program Coordinator is also responsible for enrolling patients into the Ryan White Part C and D programs, Sexual Wellness Program, and making referrals to other grants as applicable.

MS Windows (Word, Excel, Access (or other database experience), Outlook, Epic.
