LMI is seeking a Program Manager, AI & Emerging Technology Learning and Development to support an Intelligence Community client. This position will be located in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and deliver new and existing AI and emerging technology courses in a dynamic, fast-paced, and product delivery-oriented  environment.
  • Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, while delivering high quality learning products.
  • Maintain a close partnership with the customer on program performance, issue resolutions, and to scope and prioritize requirements.
  • Manage scope and change requests to ensure customer satisfaction while staying within contract terms.
  • Manage the day-to-day project activities and team, identify risks and issues, and create and execute remediation strategies as needed.
  • Prepare detailed project plans and estimates throughout the project.
  • Report to the customer and senior leadership on project status, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Act as an quality control check for the project.
  • Provide on-site leadership for the project team by coaching, mentoring, motivating, and inspiring innovation among team members to meet project goals.

Qualifications


  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of program management experience.
  • Experience supporting training and/or learning and development organizations or programs.
  • Experience across numerous technical disciplines, such as AI, data science, cybersecurity, and/or emerging technology.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and senior management to scope requirements and find solutions.
  • Experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments, including multiple workstreams and ambiguous requirements.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills, focused on innovating and collaborating to drive successful outcomes for the team and customer.
  • Experience with agile product delivery desired.
