The Project Assistant Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Referral Management team.

Office Location & Schedule:

  • Office located at 7600 North 16th Street, Suite 140 Phoenix, AZ 85020 (Remote)
  • Schedule:Monday to Friday (8 hour shift) or Friday to Monday (10 hour shift).

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Internal and external communication
  • General organizational tasks
  • Provide essential details to referral sources via Referral Management software such as NaviHealth, Strata, CarePort/WellSky, EnsoCare, and Northwest Medical Center.
  • Ability to work, interact, and work well with others.
  • Compiles data and can put in pivot table within Excel, etc.
  • Works well under deadlines and can meet required timeframes.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED, college preferred.
  • Has experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of following an issue through to its conclusion.
  • Home care/healthcare background is a plus but not required.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to work at a fast pace managing large amounts of responsibilities.
  • Detail oriented and displays good organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Self-directed, flexible, and cooperative.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and remain HIPAA compliant.
  • Ability to establish highly productive and detailed organizational skills/habits.
  • Ability to actively listen and problem solve with cooperation, assertiveness, and flexibility for positive outcomes.
  • Possess strong, professional written and oral communication skills for in-person, telephonic, and electronic use.
