• Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate complex projects independently.
• Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience with presentations, trainings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Grant Management & Development: Experience with grant writing, proposal development, budgeting, and reporting.
• Educational Content Creation: Ability to design instructional materials and manage digital content.
• Collaboration & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess challenges, identify solutions, and implement improvements.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Desired (but not required): Knowledge of emergency management principles and best practices.

As the Project Coordinator, you will lead and manage externally funded projects focused on safety, security, emergency management, and disaster preparedness.
