UL EHS & Sustainability Professional Learning Services is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will coordinate project details for client and internal eLearning initiatives, from inception through implementation, to deliver innovative and outstanding learning to global audiences. You will assist with the development and delivery of learning solutions that result in sustained and positive behavior changes for participants.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
  • Assist with on-time, on-budget delivery of projects
  • Ensure all data in relevant applications is populated, maintained, and updated daily
  • Exhibit strong professional skills, including problem solving and multi-tasking
  • Demonstrate proficiency in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Use scheduling, productivity, and communication tools including online messaging and conferencing technologies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven organization
  • Work and collaborate enthusiastically as a team player


Experience, Knowledge, and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • 1+ year of project management/coordination experience
  • Experience in a professional services consulting environment is preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite Open Air is preferred
  • Experience with LMS, multimedia and web-based training solutions is preferred
  • Experience within workplace health and safety, or other highly regulated industry, is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute projects to achieve stated objectives.
  • Basic knowledge of UL objectives and structure.
  • Working knowledge of objectives, processes, and procedures of the applicable subunit(s) of the organization.
