We are excited to be growing and have an immediate need for highly skilled and motivated Low Voltage Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and implementation of low voltage projects across various locations in the United States. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of low voltage systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the success of our organization.

Essential Functions:

  1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  2. Oversee the installation and implementation of low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Lead and manage project team of technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  4. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of work performed. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  5. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
  7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project closeout documents.

Required Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors degree or Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science or Architecture field
  2. Construction experience
  3. SCIF Construction experience a plus
  4. Commercial general contractor experience
  5. PMP Certification
  6. BICSI Certifications

Compu Dynamics Pay Range$115,000—$130,000 USD
