Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.



Job Summary

This position will support the University’s effort to enroll a well-qualified and diverse student body.

Responsibilities include:
  • assisting students and staff as needed with registration activities, and electronic overrides as needed
  • coordinating all registration events including academic college registration at all Big Blue Nation orientation sessions, priority registration, and all beginning of term registration
  • providing excellent customer service to prospective students, families, high school guidance counselors, college contacts, advising network, faculty and staff
  • assisting with other projects within the Registrar’s Office



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Excellent computer skills required, including MS Windows and related software. Knowledge of student administrative systems.

Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience required.
