Associate, MarTech responsibilities:

  • Develop the Segmentation, Targeting & Eligibility product roadmap and define 
    timelines for future features and capabilities.
  • Actively collaborate with other Product Managers, Product Owners, Marketing, 
    Operations, Engineering and other key stakeholders to push forward and execute
    long term initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-business unit initiatives and management to support new products 
    and/or capabilities by serving as the liaison between marketing and technology.
  • Prioritize feature backlog, user stories according to defined outcomes and key 
    results.
  • Converting market needs into clearly defined and actionable requirement.
  • Create & maintain Product Documentation.
  • Train users on the new launched products & create user documentation.
  • Conduct research and support the implementation of new and products & 
    functionalities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience with Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform), Salesforce Data Cloud, 
    mParticle or Martech ecosystem/platforms will be a plus.
  • Strong product ownership and development experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritization
    of multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.
  • Experience on one or more teams using Agile software development process such 
    as Scrum or Kanban. SAFe training and certification a plus.
  • Ability to translate technical terminology to business partners and business 
    requirements to technology partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & relationship building skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a global mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team; good communication skills with a 
    "can do" attitude toward creative problem solving.
  • Self-starter and able to connect dots to understand how their work fits into the 
    broader organization.
  • UI/UX experience will be a plus.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
