The Role

FFIO’s Global Middle Office is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate, Reconciliation to fill a role in our department with multifaceted responsibilities. Participation in project work and operational improvement tasks.

  • Execute Claims Team tasks, including balancing sources against tax reclaims.
  • Assist the team with sophisticated position confirmations, critical issues, research, updates, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with the team for timely completion of monthly and/or quarterly
  • Cross train in other department functions (tax reclaims, audit support, and so on)
  • Identify process improvements to improve workflow

The Expertise & Experience You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or other degree, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of custodian, transfer agent, and auditor functions preferred
  • Proficient understanding of FCR and/or any type of reconciliation work strongly preferred
  • Strong Digital literacy: Outlook, Word, and Excel strongly preferred
  • Experience with InvestOne strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and an Agile approach preferred
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deliverables
