ARC is looking for a Senior Data Product Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will provide ARC Data Product team with analytics, reporting and data visualizations to enhance the team’s understanding of airline and agency data. You'll partner and consult with internal teams to understand performance drivers and develop reporting solutions that enable teams to make informed decisions and take appropriate action. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining internal dashboards to track data completeness, customer/internal KPIs and provide product team with actionable insights for customer outreach. Aditionally, you will collaborate with the Sales Engineers from the Customer Engagement team to distribute data insights in a digestible and information-rich way for strategic contract negotiations. You will be expected to solve ambiguous business problems through exploratory data analysis and provide team with insights and recommendations. And, perform ad-hoc data analysis as required to assist internal and external stakeholder data inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on in the data, using SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, and other tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data and create insights.
- Build and implement reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide reporting, and evaluate metrics to direct teams direction.
- Provide insight into data completeness and availability through metric creation, reporting and analysis via tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and Excel.
- Act as a key partner and collaborate closely with Customer Engagement and other product teams to provide data and key insights needed to make critical decisions and drive contract negotiations.
- Analyze data, report on key metrics, and provide recommendations to direct team performance and action for sprint planning.
- Interact directly with Customers on data questions through gaining a deep understanding of ARC Corporate Intelligence product and customer use cases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 5+ years experience in similar role
- Extensive Knowledge of SQL required
- Fundamental knowledge of data science principles required
- Proficiency with Excel and BI tools required; experience with Tableau preferred
- Experience with R, Python and other programming languages highly preferred
- Knowledge in Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Snowflake preferred
