Full Stack Software Engineer
We are looking for a full stack software who brings expertise in designing and developing high performance systems including APIs, Event Driven and Data feeds. In Wealth Cash Solutions - Personal Cards, we are embarking on a multi-year journey to improve our debit and credit card programs – including enhancing our ability to service customers over our live channels, improving the digital experiences (web and mobile), and optimizing our vendor partnership structure. - Care about cycle time and use CI/CD practices, tools to rapidly deploy changes to customers while minimizing risk using practices like A/B tests, blue-green deployments, and feature toggles
- Design and architect complex solutions on a platform dedicated to high scale processing of large amounts of data
- Mentor and direct team members on technology and specific design; Own issues and provide end-to-end solutions
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver our next generation ecosystem.
- Continuously evaluate and prototype emerging technologies within developer & test community to understand business value and feasibility.
- Digital mindset, and fluent across technology components including API Services development and consumption using modern frameworks and open source technologies.
- Have strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions.
The Skills You Bring
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Good understanding of HTTP based APIs, Networking and how the internet works.
- Strong JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML & Browser Developer tools.
- Understand Async code (Promises, Callbacks, Event Loops)
- JS Tooling (ESLint, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp)
- Angular MV* frameworks
- Comfortable with Visual Design & Rapid Prototyping
- Expert at one IDE of choice (VS Code, WebStorm)
- Node.js frameworks NPM, Express
- Automation Tools/Frameworks (Mocha, Jasmine, Selenium, Protractor)
- Advanced Git skills
- API Design & Development, Microservices Architecture.
- DevOps, Automated Testing and Continuous Delivery
- Engaging in working with global team of developers in leading best practices for software engineering.
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills.
