This Senior Manager will play an integral role in driving spend confidence by optimizing and innovating spending features on Premium Products and helping to grow our share of spend & lend. This position provides the opportunity to lead critical, strategical, cross-functional workstreams for a high priority product.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define vision, playbook, and roadmap to drive growth with spending features such as Check Spending Power, Global Limits, NPSL etc.
  • Integrate customer research, product knowledge and market analysis to identify new opportunities with spending features and convert into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate with key partners including Risk, Pricing, Product Development, Finance, Premium Products, Marketing and Legal & Compliance.
  • Partner with product development teams to deliver on capability roadmap.
  • Define and set up customer engagement monitoring with the features and evaluate performance of feature enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Customer Centric: You strive to understand CM behavior and constantly put yourself in CMs’ mentality
  • Strategic: You are intellectually curious and have superior problem-solving skills to leverage your understanding of customer engagement, marketing KPIs, spending and lending economics to help unlock value
  • Innovative and Creative: You are not afraid to test and apply new knowledge and experiences to address evolving CM borrowing needs in innovative and creative ways
  • Collaborative: You are known for your thought-leadership with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire cross-functional partners to drive collaboration and develop shared vision
  • Methodical: You are a strong project manager with a keen attention to details and excellent organization skills who knows when/where/how to prioritize effectively and courageously

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
