Senior Project Manager – Web Services

This is a senior-level project management role focused on web services with a strong emphasis on client strategy, team leadership, and operational excellence. This is a highly client-facing role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for end clients, managing web development projects from strategy through execution. You will work closely with internal design and development teams to deliver tailored web solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with their strategic goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex client relationships, providing proactive communication, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Collaborate between Development and Design departments to strategize, design, develop, test, and maintain web support for a variety of clients
• Lead client and internal meetings
• Plan and develop strategic web roadmaps for clients
• Make strategic recommendations on website performance updates
• Manage small and large website projects from strategy to launch
• Manage daily web maintenance tasks for clients
• Organize daily workload and prioritize between small tasks and larger projects
• Timeline and budget management for projects and retainers
• Assists in monthly billing and invoicing review for your clients
• Communicate activities and results to small, medium and large clients.
• Ability to delegate complex project work with clear instruction and training where needed
• Frequently implements ideas around process improvement
• Produce estimates for small, medium and large projects

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of experience managing multiple clients and/or projects simultaneously
• WordPress CMS experience or similar required
• Ability to manage a variety of clients, projects, timelines and budgets
• Outstanding written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Highly detailed and results-oriented
• Resourceful and creative, critical thinker
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• Agency experience or similar experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of GA4 or other analytics tools (preferred)
• Experience taking a website from strategy to implementation and launch (preferred)
