Senior Representative, Transaction Processing - Return to Post Office (RPO)

The Role

Do you like problem solving and working in a fast-paced office environment? Join us at Fidelity Investments where you will be part of a team supporting multiple business unit Return Mail Processes such as 401k, Defined Benefits, Health and Wellness, Retail Lost Shareholder, and many more.

You will work with internal business partners to ensure timely review of the returned mail documents and if Fidelity could have a bad address on file. You will need to meet quality standards to ensure the participants' accounts are protected and properly documented.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a data entry related role
• Strong communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Highly adaptable to change and flexible under pressure
• You have a positive attitude and ‘can do’ approach to challenges
• Possess the ability to learn and apply knowledge to make effective processing decisions
• Managing queue work
• Reviewing multiple databases to confirm if addresses still match or have been updated previously.

Please note we are hiring for a weekly shift that could range from Sunday-Friday (4-5 days/week within that timeframe). Available shifts range from 6:00AM ET – 4:30PM ET (an 8/10 hour shifts within that timeframe).

The Team

The Operations and Services Group at Fidelity Institutional has many branches. Here in the inbound operations team, we provide transaction services to each of Fidelity’s distribution channels. We support Fidelity’s growth with high quality, cost effective and innovative service solutions through talented associates and processing expertise.

Our role ultimately helps protect our participants from Identity theft and ensuring their retirement accounts are safe. Participants need to know that Fidelity takes protecting their account information seriously and we work to meet that standard every day!
