Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food & Environment – Kentucky Small Business Development Center (KSBDC) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Small Business Development Center Coordinator. This position is located in Owensboro, KY.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and experience with accounting and finance software, as well as, experience with business loan applications and developing or reviewing business plans. The Kentucky Small Business Development Center is a network of 13 offices located throughout the state.

The center helps existing and start-up businesses succeed by offering high quality, in-depth and hands-on services. KSBDC is a partner program with the U.S. Small Business Administration. The KSBDC is growing Kentucky’s economy by cultivating existing companies, nurturing new ventures, fostering the creation of jobs and increasing business profitability.
