Social Network Analysis (SNA) and Data Analyst - TS/SCI with Polygraph Required
Overview
LMI is seeking a skilled Social Network Analysis (SNA) Instructor and Data Analyst in Northern Virginia in support of the AO OAA QDS contract. This position will be responsible for serving as an instructor for the OAA SNA courses and solving data problems for the customer.
Responsibilities
This role will focus on supporting and driving mission focused technical operations. Daily requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as an instructor for the SNA courses (Intro class is every other month, Advanced course is quarterly).
- Prepare and deliver documents ranging from technical reviews, class enhancements, and curriculum updates.
- Organize and actively engage on Technical Review Boards (TRB) and Working Groups (WG) and serve as an operational expert to various elements.
- Ensure that operational plans are in compliance with technical requirements and quality control standards.
- Foster coordination and communication between various operational elements to create the best solutions and teaching environments possible.
- Foster creative updates to courses that this position will manage and instruct; work with an instructional designer to refresh/update the SNA course as needed.
- Market SNA course to target audiences.
- Be available on client systems to answer questions from students on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Understanding of SNA, at least a basic level.
- Coding experience and willingness and aptitude to learn Python.
- Experience serving as a technical instructor.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong relationship and network building skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in applicable discipline.
- TS/SCI with polygraph.
